What it does
An app built for and in collaboration with the Patient Planners medical tourism agency to give medical tourists trusted information and service providers. Its assistant, Adam, handles translations, emergency numbers, provider lookups, article-based (RAG) & MedlinePlus medical answers, and bookings, via text & voice. Powered by 8 orchestrated AI models at ~3k tokens/second, it also includes an admin dashboard for assistant control, analytics, and content management. Helped draft the initial ideas into a product requirements document and turning that into a working product.
What the maker did
We started with the idea of an AI-powered app, the problems it would tackle, main features it should offer, timeframes for different stages and expected spend. Later iterations derived from testing and improvement ideas.
