What AI did
Almost all of the code. Claude Code acted as tech lead: it split the plan into 200+ small tickets, wrote each brief, reviewed every diff and re-ran the tests before committing. OpenAI Codex wrote the critical parts (multi-tenant data isolation, auth, the metric math, the agent runtime); Google Antigravity (Gemini) and OpenCode took frontend, tests and small tickets. Claude also helped with the brand, the landing page and the pitch deck.
What the maker did
Every product decision, one at a time: who it's for (Egyptian agencies running Meta Ads for many clients), what goes in the first release, the brand and the voice. I accepted or sent back each milestone after trying it myself. I also built Mission Control, a Claude Code mod to watch the agents, delegations and budget live. Where AI went wrong (code that looked right but failed on real data, scope creep), the review and test gates caught it before it landed.
