AI powers the WhatsApp receptionist, understands customer messages, collects booking details through natural conversations, and assists with appointment management. It helps businesses automate repetitive communication and streamline their booking workflows.

I built SmileCare AI, an AI-powered WhatsApp receptionist and appointment management platform. I developed the backend using FastAPI and PostgreSQL, the admin dashboard using Next.js and TypeScript, and integrated Gemini to handle customer conversations and assist with bookings. I also implemented role-based access control and configurable business settings for different appointment-based businesses.
